Acceptance and operator

Feel My Pet is an iOS app developed by Muhammet Alim Kara, an individual developer based in Virginia, USA. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions: alimkara2534@gmail.com.

What Feel My Pet is, and is not

• Pet translator is for entertainment. It does not literally or scientifically translate animal sounds or behavior.
• Pet scanner provides general information only. It is not a veterinary diagnosis or a substitute for professional veterinary care. Contact a veterinarian about any health concern.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights to the photos, voice recordings, video and text you submit. You allow the developer and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process that content only as needed to provide and operate the features you request. Only submit content you have the right to share.

Feel My Pet, its branding, software and original materials are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Planned subscriptions

• If offered, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes iOS payments; RevenueCat manages subscription status.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any renewal price and billing period will be shown before purchase.
• You can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, its duration and conversion price will be shown before purchase. Any unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting a pet does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling or allowing a subscription to expire does not delete stored data; see the Privacy Policy.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and applicable law. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use Feel My Pet for illegal or harmful activity, to harm people or animals, to upload content that infringes another person's rights, to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to misuse the AI features.

Availability and AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Feel My Pet may change, be interrupted or become unavailable and is not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate for your situation.

Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Apple Standard EULA

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply to the app.
