Who we are
Feel My Pet is an iOS app developed by Muhammet Alim Kara, an individual developer based in Virginia, USA. Privacy questions and requests: alimkara2534@gmail.com.
Information we use
- Voice recordings you choose to submit for the playful pet translator.
- Photos and video you choose to submit for pet scanning and other AI features.
- Text and chat information you enter, including a limited summary of earlier conversations used to provide context.
- Device and usage information needed to operate, maintain and improve the app.
- Pet records you save, including pet profile photos, Pet Memory photos and saved analysis results.
- Purchase and subscription status used to manage access to paid features.
- Support messages and the contact details you choose to include.
The app does not require sign-in or a separate user account; use is device-specific. Not all information stays on your device. The app is hosted on Replit and uses Replit-hosted PostgreSQL for server records.
How we use information
We use information to provide the pet translator and scanner features you request, process and manage subscriptions, operate and secure the app, respond to support requests, and maintain and improve Feel My Pet.
We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
The developer has confirmed this is the complete list of third-party app providers. The app does not use separate analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or push-notification SDKs.

- Google Gemini API processes the AI content you submit. See the Gemini API Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat manages subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- Apple processes iOS App Store payments and purchase status. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
These providers process information under their own applicable terms. Details of the exact device and purchase identifiers processed by each provider should be reviewed before publication.
AI processing by Google Gemini
When you use an AI feature, the photos, voice recordings, video and text you submit for that request are sent to Google Gemini for processing.
The app uses the paid Gemini API service mode. Under Google's current Gemini API Additional Terms for paid services, Google says it does not use prompts or responses to improve its products. Google may log prompts and responses for a limited period to detect and prevent policy violations, protect service safety and security, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. Those terms do not specify a fixed log-retention period and say data may be stored or cached in countries where Google or its agents have facilities.
Microphone, camera and photo library
The microphone is used for the pet translator. The camera and photo library are used for the pet scanner. iOS asks for permission before access; you can change permissions in Settings at any time. Turning a permission off may limit the feature that needs it.
Retention and deletion
AI media submitted for a request is not separately retained on the app server after processing. Pet profile photos, Pet Memory photos and saved analysis results stored on our server are kept until you delete the relevant pet. There is no automatic 30- or 90-day expiry.
Deleting a pet removes its related photos, memories and analysis records from the active database. This does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups or copies held by Google or other providers; no fixed backup deletion period is stated here.
Uninstalling the app or cancelling or ending a subscription does not delete server records. You may request deletion by emailing alimkara2534@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed and handled manually; sending an email does not itself delete data, and no fixed response or deletion deadline is promised.
Children's privacy
Feel My Pet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at alimkara2534@gmail.com.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under applicable law to know about, access or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email alimkara2534@gmail.com. We will review requests under the law that applies to them.
This website
The website saves your language choice in your browser's local storage and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser details. The support form opens your email app with a prepared message; the website does not send that message to a server. It is sent only if you choose to send it from your email app.
